Free range eggs and chicken, organic carrots, organic greens, organic milk and organic yogurt are all featured on the menu. Asheville Coffee Roasters supply a pure bean organic Nicaraguan coffee, also shade-raised and fair-trade. Humanely harvested meats are delivered by Hickory Nut Gap Farms, and the bread is baked fresh at the City Bakery.
